By accessing or using StreamWorthy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old.
• One account per person.

• You retain ownership of what you create — ratings, reviews, lists, profile information.
• You grant StreamWorthy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your public content within the service, including on public profile pages and shared lists.
• Don't post content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringes on others' rights.
• We may remove content that violates these terms.

• StreamWorthy offers optional paid features via auto-renewable subscriptions, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Prices are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel, use your Apple or Google subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their refund policies.
• We may change pricing with advance notice.

• No harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users.
• No spam, automated scraping, or bots.
• No reverse engineering or attempting to extract our data models.
• No impersonation.
• No circumvention of security, rate limits, or blocked-user controls.
• No use of StreamWorthy for any illegal purpose.

• StreamWorthy and its original content, design, and code belong to StreamWorthy.
• Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.

This product uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB. TV show metadata, posters, backdrops, and related data are provided by TMDB and are subject to TMDB's own terms of use.

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
• We do not guarantee that streaming-availability data is always accurate. Rights change frequently and vary by region.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamWorthy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

We may modify these terms. Continued use after material changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users via the app or email when material changes happen.
