Common questions
How do I mark an episode as watched?+
Open a show, tap the episode, and tap "Mark as watched." To mark a whole season, use the season header menu. Progress syncs across your devices instantly.
How do I change my streaming services?+
Go to Profile → Settings → Streaming Services. The services you pick affect what's shown as "streaming where you have it" on show pages.
How do I make my account private?+
Profile → Edit Profile → toggle Private Account. On private, new follow requests need your approval, and pinned shows / activity are hidden from non-followers. Existing followers stay.
How do I delete my account?+
Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, watchlist, ratings, lists, follows, and profile. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
Will I get notified when a show I'm watching returns with a new season?+
Yes — by default. Turn it off per-show with the bell icon on any show page, or globally in Profile → Notifications.
Why is a show I follow showing 'not available on any service'?+
Streaming rights change frequently and vary by region. If you know a show is streaming somewhere, tap "Report" on the show page so we can fix it. We sync availability data from TMDB and update regularly.
How do I block someone?+
Tap the three-dot menu on their profile and pick "Block." Blocking hides you and them from each other completely and removes any follows.
Is StreamWorthy free?+
Yes. Everything is free while we're in beta.
Can I use StreamWorthy on the web?+
Not yet — iOS and Android only for now. You can view public profiles and shared lists on the web (e.g. streamworthy.app/u/yourname), but tracking happens in the mobile app.
